Solenoid-Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
Leak-free, and suitable for many chemicals. Flows to 115 lph, pressures to 16 bar, variants include dosing pumps with manual, pulse, 4-20mA or batch control options with low level input, remote start/stop and alarm output with PTFE diaphragms and optional flow monitoring.
Motor-driven Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 16 bar. Diaphragm dosing pumps are fitted with a separation chamber as standard.
Stepper Motor-driven Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
Stepper motor driven dosing pumps are particularly suitable for highly accurate chemical dosing applications thanks to their design. The quiet stepper motor with its wear-free tooth belt drive, offers smooth almost continuous dosing.
Motor-driven Piston Dosing Pumps
Piston dosing pumps are particularly precise dosing units, which are not dependent on pressure. Dosing capacity varies proportionally with the stroke length and can be set to the tiniest repeatable quantities.
